These classes give you tools to help you enjoy your pregnancy more, relieve many uncomfortable pregnancy symptoms and help your body deal with the changes it goes through during pregnancy.
These classes promote the "active birth" philosophy of birthing, which empowers you and prepares you for birth, using movement and understanding your body's natural instincts.  
We focus on preparing you physically and emotionally for labour and birth by giving you as many tools to help your body deliver your baby.
