Calming the Crazy

You are living life on the egde...... and not in a good way.

You are juggling everything, but it has become a struggle and you don't feel in control.

You feel out of wack and just want to feel back in control of everything again.

Join me for a unique workshop where you will learn how to understand what is going on in your body to create the life you really want. You will learn how to listen to what your body is really telling you and how to "calm the crazy" by connecting to your body and becoming aware of what is happening in it.
